Events Cancellation Policy

 

It is understood that to hold event space, a 50% deposit is required to hold such space, with final payment due, on meal functions, 3 days before the date of the event.

 

Should the event cancel, the following refund policy will be in effect:

 

90 days or longer: 10% of the deposit shall be forfeited.

60 to 89 days before the event, 25% of the deposit shall be forfeited.

30 to 59 days before the event, 50% of the deposit shall be forfeited.

29 to 4 days before the event, 75% of the deposit shall be forfeited.

3 days or less final payment is due and no refunds will be made within this 3 days time limit.
